Leave it to LBJ to use earthy terms to explain a critical concept in PX.  In many of the essays I have written, you will see a common concern that often we are so strident or doctrinaire in our approach that we build enemies instead of allies.  By building collaboration and ownership of work, we move people from talking about the ways something won’t work and towards talking about the things we need to do to make it work.
