We Now Return to Our Regularly Scheduled Programming

I would like to apologize to my tens of loyal readers for my extended absence. Part of it was vacation and part of it was oncoming events that ate up all of my available time.

Had I known I would go three weeks without publishing, I would have at least posted that I would be on break. As it was, though, I just could not get to a place where I could write 1500-2000 words without interruption.

If anyone has had that dream where you have to turn in a research paper in school, but somehow just cannot manage to get it done, then you have some sense of my last few weeks. It all wasn’t bad, but it was all distracting from this writing.

If you were worried, I am sorry. If you were disappointed, I apologize. If you didn’t notice that I hadn’t posted in three weeks, well, I will hide my hurt feelings.

But now I should be back to regular posts.
